Privacy Policy for Game Mode Pro

Game Mode Pro ("the app") is developed and maintained by an individual developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices. Game Mode Pro does not require you to create an account.

Summary

All app usage, session, and settings data is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us or any third-party server.
We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell or share personal data.
Subscription payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing — we never see or store your payment details.
Network access is used only to measure your connection latency locally; no data is sent to us over that connection.

Subscriptions and payments

Game Mode Pro offers optional Basic and Pro subscriptions, including a free trial, billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment card details — that information is handled by Google under its own Privacy Policy. Google shares with us only the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features (e.g. whether your subscription is currently active).

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. The only external party involved is Google Play, for distribution and subscription billing.

Data retention and deletion

Since all app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Game Mode Pro. No copy is retained by us afterward.

Children's privacy

Game Mode Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
